The Purpose of Campus Ministries of Foundations Church:

To equip young leaders to develop, maintain, and administrate a financial partnership team that will enable them to serve as campus ministers on the staff of Foundations Church.

Financial Policy

• All ministers who develop partnership teams do so to support ministry on the university campus. Partnership enables more involvement through direct contact with a specific individual.

• Each minister's salary is reviewed and approved annually by the Board of Directors of Foundations Church. Salaries are determined by each individual's living expenses, ministry expenses, and by each individual's experience and ability.

• Less than 4% of each gift is used for the expense of administrating and processing contributions.
